Compiling the Third Supplement
The Huntington Family Association is presently gathering information to be included in our Third Supplement to the 1915 Genealogical Memoir. This information will include any corrections to previously published data as well as new data discovered since the Second Supplement was published in 1987.
We are seeking information on any Huntington family living in North America. Our purpose is to record this information and connect, if possible, each family with those families already in our records, thereby providing a complete family tree allowing us to trace one's ancestry back to the original Huntington family who came to America.
We seek birth, marriage, and death data (both date and location) for each Huntington person and their related family members. Full name of the spouse's parents should also be provided. A brief biographical sketch is optional.

Genealogical Research in England
The Association is no longer conducting any research in England. It appears the records necessary to prove Simon Huntington's ancestry are not available, or would take considerable time and money to find. Unfortunately our research could not confirm Simon's ancestry as documented in Gustav Anjou's research from the early 1900's.
We may consider resuming this research several years from now once a greater number of records become available on the computer.

Family Photo Album
The Association is compiling a photo album of Huntingtons born at least 70 years ago. The photo album will be brought to all future HFA gatherings and shared with those in attendance. The photos can not be returned. Please make them approximately 3.5 x 5 inch photos. Photos can be from the past or present, but the oldest Huntington in the photo must be born no less than 70 years ago. Typical photos include a four generation picture, wedding and anniversary picture, or any other occasion. Please clearly label on the back of the photo the full name of each person in the photo and their date of birth. You can send the photo to the Historian.
